Geometric forms and a refined material palette shape a contemporary residence that balances sculptural design with the rhythms of everyday family life. The result is an elegant, understated retreat in the heart of the city.

The monolithic exterior, clad in a porcelain rainscreen, is punctuated by vertical windows that frame carefully composed views of the cityscape. A courtyard landscaped with native plantings creates a welcoming arrival sequence, establishing a sense of calm before one enters the home.

Inside, the architecture engages the senses through contrasts of light and shadow, texture, and materiality. Operable window walls strengthen the connection to the outdoors, inviting natural light, fresh air, and seasonal change into daily life.
