Our modern residential design of ZINC HOUSE landed itself in international news with a stunning 10-page spread in Marie Claire Maison Italia. Named for the beveled zinc panels lining the exterior façade, dSPACE built the custom home from the ground up to balance the art collector homeowners’ objectives of privacy and abundant natural light. Inside, a switchback staircase with floating treads and glass guardrails was designed as an architectural focal point to create “bespoke linear interventions” within the double-height great room that also boasts “monumental glass walls and sliding doors that open up to the patio.”
