ART HOUSE, the dramatic modern residence in Lincoln Park that dSPACE transformed with the help of frequent collaborator, PROjECT. Interiors turned heads—including those at The New York Times. The national newspaper went “On Location” to share how we turned this raw space into a one-of-a-kind dwelling for our dynamic client. From reinventing the original floor plan to enhancing the residential architecture with custom millwork details, we wanted to create a retreat in the middle of the city that balances both style and function. In the end, we heard her desire for show-stopping interiors loud and clear, and designed a custom home that was “pulled from her subconscious.”
